TopSeal is an advanced water-based, penetrating sealer designed to protect concrete and masonry surfaces from water, oil, grease, and staining. Surface Sealer – Hydrophobic Protection:
All exposed concrete, masonry, and porous surfaces shall be treated with TOPSEAL, a water-based, penetrating hydrophobic sealer designed to repel water, oils, fats, and other staining contaminants. The sealer shall chemically bond within the substrate without forming a surface film, maintaining the original appearance and allowing vapour permeability.
TOPSEAL shall be applied to clean, dry surfaces using a low-pressure spray, roller, or brush in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions. The product must be UV-stable, non-yellowing, and suitable for both interior and exterior use. Treated surfaces shall exhibit resistance to staining and reduced water absorption, ensuring long-term protection and easier maintenance.
