HARDROX is a high-performance concrete treatment system built for one purpose: extending the life of concrete in the world’s toughest environments.
Specifically engineered for mining and heavy industrial applications, HARDROX penetrates deep into the slab to significantly increase surface hardness, abrasion resistance, and durability. Field-tested across high-wear zones, it consistently delivers a 20–50% improvement in concrete wear life, depending on application.
Fast to apply and simple to integrate into new or existing operations, HARDROX helps reduce downtime, extend asset life, and drive real savings across mine and plant infrastructure—from haul roads and ROM pads to processing plants and workshops.
Increases Concrete Wear Life by 20–50% – Extends service life in high-traffic, high-abrasion areas
Penetrating Treatment – Bonds within the concrete matrix to strengthen from within
High Abrasion and Impact Resistance – Designed for extreme industrial and mining conditions
Fast, Efficient Application – Minimises downtime and integrates easily into existing operations
Non-Membrane Forming – No coating or film to wear off over time
Compatible with New or Existing Concrete – Effective on fresh pours and aged slabs
UV Stable and Weather Resistant – Suitable for both indoor and exposed outdoor use
Reduces Maintenance and Repair Frequency – Lowers long-term operational costs
Safe to Use – Non-toxic, low-VOC, and environmentally responsible
Proven on Global Mining Sites – Trusted performance in demanding real-world environments
Concrete Wear Resistance Treatment – HARDROX:All concrete surfaces exposed to high abrasion, impact, or heavy traffic in mining and industrial environments shall be treated with HARDROX, a penetrating concrete enhancement system designed to extend the service life of concrete by 20–50%.
The product shall chemically react within the concrete matrix to increase hardness and abrasion resistance without forming a surface membrane or film. HARDROX shall be suitable for application on both new and existing concrete surfaces.
Application shall be performed according to the manufacturer’s instructions, using low-pressure spray or roller methods, immediately after the concrete has reached initial set or on fully cured slabs as required. The treatment must be UV stable, weather resistant, and non-toxic.
Treated surfaces shall demonstrate improved durability, reduced maintenance frequency, and measurable reductions in downtime and operational costs on-site.
