EconaCURE is a high-performance, environmentally friendly concrete curing solution designed to deliver proven results without compromising safety or appearance.

This water-based, non-toxic, and odourless liquid penetrates deep into the concrete surface and reacts with free alkalis to form an internal gel barrier. This barrier significantly reduces moisture loss, ensuring optimal hydration and long-term durability of the slab.

Unlike traditional membrane-forming products, EconaCURE does not alter the appearance of the concrete and leaves no visible film. It’s quick and easy to apply using a standard knapsack or pump spray.

Tested to meet and exceed AS3799-1988, EconaCURE achieved a water retention efficiency of 95.14%, outperforming the 90% minimum requirement for effective curing.

Concrete Curing Compound:
Curing of all concrete surfaces shall be carried out using EconaCURE, a water-based, non-toxic, non-membrane forming curing compound. The product shall achieve a minimum water retention efficiency of 90% in accordance with AS3799-1988. EconaCURE shall be applied uniformly to the concrete surface as soon as it is trafficable, using a low-pressure spray unit (e.g. knapsack or pump sprayer). The compound shall not alter the appearance of the concrete and shall allow for subsequent surface treatments where required.
