DENSACURE – Lithium Densifier

DensaCURE is a premium, non-sodium nano-silicate densifier designed to harden, dustproof, and enhance concrete surfaces, particularly during the burnishing process. Its advanced formulation penetrates deeply into the concrete matrix, reacting to form durable calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H) that significantly increases surface hardness and abrasion resistance. Specification – Internal Concrete Surface Densifier for Burnishing Applications

All internal concrete surfaces shall be treated with a non sodium nano-silicate based concrete hardener and densifier, specifically engineered for use in mechanical burnishing applications on cementitious substrates. The product, such as DensaCURE, shall be applied to clean, dry, and fully cured concrete prior to burnishing.

Upon application, the densifier shall deeply penetrate the surface and chemically react to form insoluble calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H), significantly increasing surface density and hardness. Following application, the slab shall be mechanically burnished using a high-speed burnisher (minimum 1500 RPM) fitted with suitable pads. This process shall enhance product absorption, accelerate chemical bonding, and generate a sealed, dust-proof, and aesthetically refined surface. No topical coatings or polishing compounds shall be used.

The densifier shall be non-toxic, low in VOCs, and require no rinsing. Finished surfaces shall demonstrate improved abrasion resistance, reduced porosity, and simplified long-term maintenance, while remaining breathable and free of surface membranes.
