O’Brien Transport Hub – 17,000m²

Challenge:

Transport infrastructure like the O’Brien Hub presents several demanding conditions for concrete surfaces:

  • Heavy load traffic from trucks and machinery, accelerating surface wear

  • Exposure to fuel, oil, and chemical spills, which can damage unsealed concrete

  • Strict timelines, requiring rapid project progression and minimal downtime

  • Maintenance demands, with large surface areas needing to remain clean, safe, and functional

The challenge was to find a high-performance curing compound that could also seal and protect the surface without adding complexity or delay to the construction process.
