Proudly South Australian: 30 Years of Concrete Protection by Integra Industries

For over 30 years, Integra Industries has been a 100% South Australian owned and operated manufacturer of specialised concrete protection and performance-enhancing chemicals. All of our products are researched, developed, tested, and manufactured in-house at our Beverley facility in Adelaide.

Founded by a Builder & Chemist with 50 Years’ Experience

Integra was founded by Lance Reynolds, a respected South Australian builder and industrial chemist with more than 50 years of hands-on experience in the construction and manufacturing sectors. Lance understood firsthand the limitations of traditional concrete curing and sealing methods—and he set out to create a better solution tailored for our harsh Australian conditions.

From that vision, the original DeepCure technology was born—an innovative concrete curing and sealing system that’s been continuously refined and improved through decades of field use and product development.

Designed and Manufactured in South Australia

Unlike many brands that outsource or repackage, Integra’s full product range is 100% developed and manufactured in South Australia. This allows us to maintain complete control over quality, performance, and consistency—while staying agile in addressing local project needs and climate conditions.

We manufacture a specialised range of curing, sealing, waterproofing and concrete densifying treatments including:

  • DeepCure Repeller
  • Hardrox
  • Densacure
  • DeepBarrier
  • EconaCure
  • TopSeal

DeepCure Repeller: Barrier Against Moisture & Contaminants

Our flagship product, DeepCure Repeller, is widely used across both residential and commercial construction as a one-step solution for:

  • AS3799-compliant curing
  • Surface densification
  • Long-term moisture ingress protection
  • Chemical and salt barrier
  • Oil and contaminant resistance

By penetrating deep into the slab and creating a permanent internal gel barrier, DeepCure Repeller seals the concrete from the inside out—blocking rising damp, preventing salt attack, and reducing staining or degradation from contaminants.

This is especially critical in applications like slab edges, external pavements, and driveways, where long-term exposure to water and chemicals can lead to deterioration or costly rectification.

Built for Australian Conditions

Every Integra product is engineered with Australia’s demanding climate and construction challenges in mind. From salt-prone coastal slabs to high-traffic warehouse floors and mine site infrastructure, our systems are proven to:

  • Increase surface hardness and abrasion resistance
  • Reduce cracking and shrinkage
  • Block water, salts, and chemicals
  • Deliver cleaner, longer-lasting concrete
  • Meet or exceed industry standards

Local Legacy, Modern Leadership

Today, Integra continues to evolve under the leadership of Caleb Craig, building on Lance Reynolds’ founding vision with a new generation of innovation, national reach, and technical support. But the mission remains the same: deliver Concrete Results through smart chemistry, practical solutions, and genuine South Australian know-how.
