Product System: DEEPCURE CS + DENSACURE (Optional: TOPSEAL)

Specification:

1. Primary Cure (Post-Pour)
   Product: INTEGRA – DEEPCURE CS
   Application Timing: Immediately after concrete pour, once surface bleed water has dissipated and slab is trafficable.
   Purpose: High-performance curing compound that promotes optimal cement hydration, reduces shrinkage, and increases strength development.
2. Finishing Phase Burnishing
   Product: INTEGRA – DENSACURE
   Application Timing: Post-curing phase, timing dependent on concrete mix design and finishing schedule.
3. Optional Final Seal (After Burnishing)
   Product: INTEGRA TOPSEAL
   Application Timing: After mechanical burnishing is complete and the surface is clean and dry.
   Purpose: Hydrophobic surface treatment that repels oils and water, providing long-term stain resistance and easier cleaning.

Note: DEEPCURE Repeller is not used as the curing compound on internal slabs as it prevents DENSACURE from properly penetrating the surface during burnishing.

Purpose: Penetrating curing and hardening compound that increases surface durability, reduces water ingress, minimizes dusting, and provides long-term protection against salt and moisture.

Additional Notes:

• DEEPCURE + REPELLER is applied as a single-stage product that cures, densifies, and waterproofs the concrete surface simultaneously.
• No additional curing membranes or hessian are required after application.
• Protect treated surfaces from rain and foot traffic for at least 2 hours after application.
• Store product indoors away from direct sunlight and temperature extremes.
